Richard Piske
Co-Founder and Managing Director

Richard was President of Olsten, the 3rd largest international staffing firm, for six years. During his tenure as President, Olsten grew from $600,000,000 to $1.6 billion in revenues. He has held senior leadership positions in the staffing industry for over 20 years and has been in the industry for almost 30 years. He has been the senior executive for private regional companies, small public companies and was the President/EVP of one of the largest public international staffing companies for 6 years. He was co-founder of a professional niche staffing company that was sold to a large public international company and has been involved in both strategic and tactical execution of new business expansion. He has over 15 years experience staging and selling staffing companies and has led multiple acquisition strategies in a variety of niche areas. His focus is on operational excellence and return on shareholder value. He has been responsible for technology transformation as well as creation and implementation of innovative concepts and solutions for the ever changing human capital industry. Richard is a co-founder of The Staffing Cooperative.

Vickie Nubel
Director of Operations

Vickie Nubel is a seasoned executive with over twenty years experience in solutions-based selling, operations, sales, training and project management. Ms. Nubel served in key management roles in the staffing industry for fifteen years, including branch operations and sales, corporate and franchise development (to include new office openings), national accounts, process mapping, training and development, and systems implementation (branch operations support, SAP, CRM, and vendor management).

Vickie is recognized for her ability to manage complex projects supporting the development and implementation of operations and sales systems, product development and training methodologies, and takes pride in developing sustainable relationships based on mutual trust, responsiveness and accountability.

Ms. Nubel has worked with national companies including Norrell Corporation, Comsys Information Technology Services, Silicon Graphics, Microsoft, Cigna, Advantica, Hewlett-Packard, Eastridge Infotech, and Oracle. She has co-authored, produced and delivered customized courseware for branch operations, sales and account management, recruiting strategy, and profitability for self-study, instructor-led and on-line deliverables. She is an expert facilitator having instructed at all levels.
