The mission and vision of The Staffing Cooperative is to help independent staffing firms increase their financial and market value through the leveraged resources that the cooperative has to offer. It is widely known that the smaller/regional, privately owned staffing organizations historically have provided higher quality and better customer service than the larger firms. Yet the smaller firms, in many cases, have lacked the leverage, access to innovation and applications and economies of scale that have given the larger companies an unfair advantage.

The Economics (How to make money with a co-op)

The Co-op is designed to improve the economics of it's participating members. In other words it is designed to help the members make more money. Here is how it works:

  1. We have made it very affordable to participate - less than $695 a year for a company with 15 or fewer employees.
  2. All of the economy of scale shared resources are designed on a delta change pricing model - in other words if you use any of the co-op services for processing, infrastructure or purchasing power, it costs you materially less than what you are currently paying - the co-op is designed to save its members money and produce positive cash flow.
  3. C-Suite services are designed to produce measurable growth and financial improvement in the organization even to the extent that part of the compensation to the co-operative is based on a delta change performance model.
